For example, we will disclose information to third parties about our customers to assist us in servicing their account or loan with us, to government agencies to comply with subpoenas or court orders and to credit bureaus. We will also release information to other parties if we receive written permission from our customers.
To safeguard customer information, we restrict access to nonpublic personal information to those employees with a business purpose for knowing such informaiton. Our employees are advised of the importance of maintaining our customer' privacy and confidentiality. If necessary, disciplinary action will be taken to ensure that our customer privacy standards are upheld.
